A FROZEN MEAT FAILURE.

It is said that telegraphic advice has been received here that the freezing apparatus on board the steamer Marsala broke down, and that in consequence her cargo of meat had to be thrown overboard. It is understood that the entire shipment was t , insured, in^Home offices.
