The Company ' recognising' this, will provide cool Btorage until a vessel is ready to receive it. The necessary appliances for cool' storage have been erected in the docks at Home. It is expected that the Company will pay a fair dividend ou the outlay,' as the following calculation will show: — The estimated export per year is 50,000 carcases,' averaging 72lbs each, which, at a cost of £d per lb for freezing, would give a yield of 3s. per carcase. Taking dnef-third as the profit, it would ' amount to £2500, being interest on a capital o| £20,000 at 12| per cent.
