Horses — An average number was brought forward, and there has been but little . alteration in prices. Tbe enquiry for active horses suitable for coach, 'bus, or spring cart is still maintained, and all kinds of horses of a really good stamp find ready sale. Cattle.— -Dairy cows and stores have been short ; but above the usual supply of beef was brought forward, and met with keen competition, and for top soils quite 30s per 1001b; LlB 2s 6d each being given for a pair of good bullocks. Sheep. — Scarcely so many yarded as Anticipated, aod ia consequence, lot fat wethers there was a slight increase on last week's prices. We sold wethers, shorn, from 13s to 17s 9d ; lambs, 7s to 14s. Pigs.— Only a few yarded. Prices more satisfactory to vendors than for some time past.
