The Emperor Francis Joseph is now on a visit to Trieste, aud intelligence is to hand that a man with a number of bombE in his possession has been arrested in the vicinity of the Imperial residence. It is supposed that an attempt on the Emperor's life was contemplated. SYDNEY, September 19. Sir Arthur Gordon sails to-morrow for England by the P. and O. Company's steamship Indus.
