Horses wore ve.\ dull, only 1 weed being sold at JB2. v^'ttle. — At my Waiwakaiho sale on 'Thursday, there was a smnllor muster of cattle than I have had for some time, several lots that were booked not coming forward. Bidding at the auction was dull, excepting for good springing cows ; these were in great demand. Of those cattle passed, nearly all were quitted outside at reserve*. Small calret, 26a ; calves 30a to 40s ; yearlingt, £2 6s to £2 10s ; springing «owi, £7 to £919 1 cows forward in calf, SA to 45 10s ; 2 springing heifers, £7; bul4oeb« were in demand, and all sold that ■were iv tit £19, and .£l4 por pair.
