To bring the investment within the reach of all classes, the terms of sub* scription are made easy — being 2s. 6d: per share on application, 2s. 6d. on allotment, and the balance in calls of 2s. 6d. at intervals of not less than three months. As commercial speculations, Gas Companies, in all parts of the colonies, have* proved successful ; and the promoters'' have every reason to anticipate that there will be a satisfactory profit in the working of this Company. , Forms of application can be obtained at the Bank of New Zealand, and from 1 the Secretary, at his office, High-street.
