RESIDENCE FOR MR R. H. NOLAN.

Mr. It. H. Nolan has just accepted Mr. Tourner's contract for the erection, from designs by Mr. Pinches, of a neat residence on land which formed part of Douglas' paddock. It will have a verandah on two sides, and will contain Cor 7 rooms. The drawing-room, with lay window, will be 18ft. by Mft., aud diningroom 15ft Oin. by 14ft., and there will be three bed-rooms, dressing-room, bathroom, &c. The house will be situated on the knoll in the centre of the property, aud will not only command an excellent view, but will from its good position and ornamental appearance be a decided acquisition to the place.
