J\j% have been instructed to sell by public auction, at their rooms-, as above — 11 SECTIONS, each i-acre (more or less), being portion of Block 3, township of Hawera, with frontage to Camberwell road. The auctioneers would draw the attention of intending settlers to this opportunity of obtaining eligible residence sites, as these sections command a good view, and being immediately opposite the Eedreation Eeserve, cannot be built out.
