(fbom oue own correspondent.) [By Telegraph.! Auckland, This Day. Horses — Were in full supply, and good demand— drafts from Hawera and Waitara selling fairly. Hacks, from £6 10s to £16 15b; light harness, £U 10s to £20; spring cart horses, £19 to £27 10s; no heavy draughts were disposed of. Cattle. — Owing to the holidays both supply and demand have not been up to the average. Beef, 20s to 24s per 1001b. ; dairy cows,£s 15s to £7 10s ; calves, 22s to 28s 6d; yearlings, 30s to £2; 18 months •old steers, £2 5s to £2 17s 6d ; Ulfers, from £2 to £2 los; 2-year-old ".c.r , £3 to £3 los ; grown steers, £4 to v • i--s i< \. Sheep.--But few sheep were bi' nig! r _ forward, and tho6e only ship-borne, in.v not in very good condition, and sold at from 12s to lGs 3d. Pigs — None yarded.
