I HEREBY give notice that the Ngaire Road Board intend to take for District Works, 3a. 3r. 35p., being part of Section 48, Block 11., Ngaire. Coweu, Ngaire ; and I hereby call upon all persons affected to set forth in writing any wellgrounded objections to the taking of the lands above specified, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Ngaire Road Board.
