LReuter's Special to Star.] SYDNEY, This Day. The report of Mr. Julian Salomans, a Royal Commissioner appointed to enquire into the Milburn Creek Copper Mine affair, has been issued. It finds that Messrs. Garrett, Waddell, and Russell were guilty of bribery and corruption, and that a sum of .£4,500 was appropriated by Mr. Baker, formerly Minister of Mines, and Messrs. Waddell and Mathison. Garrett has demanded, and Sir Henry Parkes, Premier has promised to institute further enquiry. The report of the Commissioners has created a great sensation here.
