[Reutee's Special to Star.] LONDON, October 19. A proclamation has been issued by the Government in Ireland warning all peace-ably-disposed citizens to remain in their homes after dark until further notice. Mr. Gladstone is suffering from an attack of influenza. October 20. It now transpires that the statement recently current that the head-quarters of the Land League had been removed from Dublin to Liverpool is quite premature. No change has yet been made in the seat of the operations of the League. The Archbishop of Cashel County, Tipperary, Ireland, has written a letter, in which he condemns in strong terms the League's recent manifesto urging the tenants to refuse to pay rent. The Irish Land Commission appointed under the provisions of the Land Act has commenced its sittings. Over 400 cases are down for decision by the Commission. WASHINGTON, October 19. Centenary of Yorktown in Virginia was celebrated to-day with great rejoicing. By order of President Arthur, the British flag was saluted, as a token of friendship between England and America, as a mark of respect to Her Majesty the Queen.
