Sealed Tettdeks, in duplicate, will be received by the undersigned, up to Thursday, the 15th day of September, 1881, for the supply o£ Rations to the Armed Constabulary, or other Colonial Force, between the Patea and Mokau Rivers, for the Twelve Months ending the 15th October, 1882. Each Tender must be accompanied by a cheque for> (£25) twenty-five pounds, made payable to the ReceiverGeneral only, and not to bearer, and marked by a Banker as good for twenty one days, as a guarantee that the Contract will be taken up. The successful tenderer will require to find two approved sureties, of »100 each, for the due fulfilment of the Contract.
