Private telegrams from London report that a collision has ocenrred between the barque Clodian, bound from Melbourne (left April 1 6) to Liverpool wifih wheat, and the barque Yarmouth. The former vessel sank, and has become a total loss. BEISBANE. Yesterday. The detached squadron was sighted oft Stadbrooke Island yesterday morning, and is expected to anchor in the river at 1 p.m. to-day. The Right Rev. G. W. Staten, Bishop of Northern Queensland, is seriously ill, and is not expected to recover.
