NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night.

At to-day's sitting, a return of land sold during June was handed in, showing three town sections for cash, representing 9 acres 1 rood, sold at £9 per acre; 11 rural seotions at Parihaka, containing 1686 acres, at £2 11s. 6d. per acre ; two rural sections on deferred payment, containing 200 acres, at £1 per acre. Total receipts for month, £2202 11s. Total value sold, £4668. An application from McCormish to transfer half his interest in section 58, block 4, Ngaire, to M. H. Clark, was acceded to. An application by W. O'Brien to transfer his interest in section 4, block 3, Ngaire, to Francis Ferres, was adjourned. Applications to purchase land by Joseph Thomas Belcher, section 82, block 4, Kaupokonui, containing 111 acres, and James Belcher, section 84, block 4, Kaupokonui, containing 91 acres, were acceded to.
