FROZEN MEAT EXPORT.
(per united press association.) "WELLINGTON, Last Night. At a meeting of the committee appointed at yesterday's meeting of gentlemen interested in shipping frozen meat to England, the following resolution was carried:—" That Government should be asked to instruct their sheep and cattle inspectors throughout New Zealand to provide the following information : — The number of fat stock in each district ; the number of fat stock exported ; the probable increase that may be expected within two years from date ; the number of stock boiled down, and the local consumption. 1 '
