WELLINGTON, Last Night
The third and final session of the seventh Parliament of New Zealand was opened on Thursday by the Governor in person. After the opening speech, notioe of motion was given in the Lower House by Mr. Beetham (on behalf of Mr. Collins), for Address in Reply. - The Premier obtained leave to introduce a Bill referring to~the Chatham Islands. The Bill was read a first time.' •
