Crown grant fees to be paid on completion of the purchase. In the event of two or more applications for the same land being made on the same day, the upset price at which such land shall be put up at auction shall be the price stated above. The above sections have been temporarily withheld from sale, but they are now offered to the public with the unsold sections in Blocks IV. and VIII., which were offered for sale for cash on the 4th April last.
