Crown 1 grant fees to be paid on completion of the purchase. In the event of two or more applications for the same [ land being made on the same day, the upset price at which such land shall be put up at auction shall be the price stated above. The Coaches will leave Opunake for Hawera on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, at 8.30 a.m. ; leaving Manaia at 11.30 a.m. on the same days. Passengers can book through to New Plymouth.
