Mr. Alfred Bnckland reports : — A large aambfr of young store cattle were yarded, and met with a steady demand at slightly higher values than have lately ruled. Fat cattle were short of requirements ; prices tallied on last week's values, and ranged from 26s to 80s. Fat sheep in full numtoni 600 yarded. Prices advanced is per head* bringing fully 3d per lb. Napier wethers, fatted here, brought from ISs to 18s each. A few lambs yarded brought 14i«aoh.
