Crown Grant fees to be paid on completion of the purchase. In the event of two or more applications for the same land being made on the same day, the upset price at which such land shall be put up at auction shall be the price stated above. The Village Lands, Warea, being part of Parihaka Block, and fronting on main road, are now open for application, on Defebbed Payments, at the Land Offices, Carlyle, Hawera, and New Plymouth.
