STONY RIVER-OPUNAKE. GRAVELLING CONTRACT, No. 5. TENDERS will be received at the Native Office, New Plymouth, and at the Post Office, Hawera, until NOON on THURSDAY, the 31st March, for the above contract. Tenders must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside " Tender for Gravelling Contract No. 5." Specifications, &c, may be seen at th.c above offices. All Tenders must be accompanied by a cheque for the amount named in the specification; such cheque to be specially marked by a banker as good for twenty-one days, and to be in favor of the ReceiverGeneral's deposit account only, and not to bearer or order.
