Auckland, Last Night.

Mr. Alfred Bucklancl reports : — Fat cattle in full number, but maintained' the prices ruling for the past three weeks, varying with quality from 20s to 23s per 1001b j but for useless stock prices rule much lower. Shorthorn cows, bred by Mr. John Smith, were fairly competed for, and brought prices varying from J615 to £41 each. Sheep were yarded in less than average number, but were dull of sale ; several pens of middling quality were withr\ rawn . Lambs — Brisk enquiry, and brought from 10s to 14s each.
