BARRY THE PROSPECTOR TO BE TURNED BACK.

New Plymouth, Last Night.
It is currently reported here that Barry, the gold prospector, has gone on to Tongopoutu, with tbe view of crossing at the head of the Mokau river. The natives are very angry ftt his going on, after they had warned him back, and an armed party has gone up the Mokau river to stop him and bring him back by force.
