SPECIAL MEETING.

A special meeting was then held for the purpose of electing a member of the Harbor Board, in the room of Councillor Homer, whose time had expired. The Chairman proposed that Councillor Homer be re-elected, and spoke highly of the manner in which that gentleman had performed his duties. Councillor Milne seconded the motion, which was carried unanimously. Councillor Homer returned thanks. The council then adjourned.
