Includes the Tillage Settlement of Warea, 600 acres. 25th to 28th February, at Hawera : 10,000 acres of Waimate Plains, in sections from 15 to 320 acres. Prices, £1 10s. to £4 per acre. Townships of Manaia and Opunake : Quarter -acre sections, from £10 to £20 each. Suburban lands, £7 to £8 an acre.
