Bth and 10th February, at Masterton : 15,000 acres, Pahiatua Block, FortyMile Bush. 21st and 24th February, at fAriMßßston North :—: — 15,500 acres, in Kairanga and Fitzherbert Blocks ; sections, 60 to 320 acres each. Prices per acre, from £1 Is. to £3 10s. WEST COAST DISTRICT, NORTH ISLAND. 14th and 17th February, at New Plymouth :—: — 5,000 acres, Parihaka Block. Includes the Tillage Settlement of Warea, 600 acres. 25th to 28th February, at Hawera : 10,000 acres of Waimate Plains, in sections from 15 to 320 acres. Prices, £1 10s. to £4 per acre. Townships of Manaia and Opunake : Quarter-acre sections, from £10 to £20 each. Suburban lands, £7 to £8 an acre. These lands have all been opened up by roads connecting either with railways or main roads. Lithograph plans and full particulars obtainable at every Land Office in the Colony. WM. Tenders must be addressed to the Hon. Minister for Public Works, and marked outside "Tender for No. 1 Petty Contract." Specification and section may be seen at the above offices, and at the Camp, Pangarehu. All tenders must be accompanied by a cheque for £20, such cheque to be specially marked by a Banker as good for twenty-one days, and to be in favor of the Receiver-General's Deposit Account only, and not to bearer or order.
