Prices per acre, from £1 Is. to £3 10s. WEST COAST DISTRICT, NORTH ISLAND. 14th and 17th February, at New Plymouth :—: — 5,000 acres, Parihaka Block. Includes the Tillage Settlement of Warea, 600 acres. 25th to 28th February, at Hawera : 10,000 acres of Waimate Plains, in sections from 15 to 320 acres. Prices, £1 10s. to £4 per acre. Tenders must be addressed to the Hon. Minister for Public Works, and marked outside "Tender for No. 1 Petty Contract." Specification and section may be seen at the above offices, and at the Camp, Pangarehu. All tenders must be accompanied by a cheque for £20, such cheque to be specially marked by a Banker as good for twenty-one days, and to be in favor of the Receiver-General's Deposit Account only, and not to bearer or order.
