Captain Wilson, J.P.)

W. Noble v. J. Pop '. — Claim, for £1 75., judgment summons. The case was adjourned for four weeks, so as to allow the plaintiff to procure evidence.

J. Henderson v. P. H. Foster. — Claim for £3 10s., balance of account for saddle supplied. Judgment by default for the amount claimed, and 7s. costs.

Henderson v. Bailey. — Summons not served in time. Adjourned till the sth January. C. E*. Gibson v. J. Hammond. — Claim for £1 3s. Id. Defendant admitted the debt, but said he was unable to pay it, as he had been ill. The plaintiff alleged that defendant haH'.)oeen in a position several times to paj'- the amount. Judgment for the amount, and costs.

C. E. Gibson v. M. Danehay. — Claim for _36 105. 4d., goods supplied. Dismissed.

R. T. Hawke v. E. M. Symons. Claim for £25, Summons not served.

C. E. Gibson v. G. McKay. Claim for £2 4s. sd. Summons not served. The Court then adjourned.
