Outward shippers are particularly requested to book cargo through the' office, and obtain shipping note for the same, to prevent disappointment and detention. The Company cannot be held responsible unless this rule is adhered to. Any complaints as to non-delivery, &c, of goodß, must be at once mentioned to the Manager to ensure attention and satisfactory results. The Union S.S.
