Wanganui, November 3. A large entry of cattle erme forward for the Waverley and St. Hill-street sales. The,y were all disposed of at the auctions, in favor of the vendors. Beef a,t the sale to-day made 1 7s 6d the 1001b. Sheep were ■well competed for, and brought full rates. Cattle.— 24l head were yarded — 8-year-old store' bullocks, £5 15s to £6 2s Gd ; 2-year-olds, Mto£A 7s 6d ; cows, .£4 7s Gd j yearlingrs, ■£% 17s 6d to £3 15s. At the sole to-day, 494. head wev§ sold — 3?at bnlIook8» J87 15s to JS8 10a ; cows, £6 5s to £7 ; 3-year-old steers, £5; 2-year-olds, £4-; cows, Mto M ss ; yearlings, £3. Sheep. — 720 were penned — Fat sheep in wool, 13s to 13s 6d; shorn, 8s 6d; good stores, in wool, 11s to Us 6d. Horses. — As usual. Exports.— 4B cattle, 597 sheep, and 22 horses.
