Also, 8 sections in tbe same "block, varying between 124 and 210 acres, at the same place, will be open to purchase on deferred payments, at 30s per acre, by application on Wednesday, the 24th day of November, 1880. If two or more applications are put in for the same section, it -will be pul up to auction between the applicants on the day following. Note. — The land is situated 10 miles from Feilding, and 8 miles from Halcombe, and is connected thereto by good roads.-; Each section is accessible, the timber on the road lines within the blocks having been felled, and 33 feet of roadway cleared. The soil is good all over, level and undulating, some portions hilly, covered with forest, mixed quality. At tbe public auction, on the 23rd November, the lease for 14 years of suburban section No. 122, Feathevston, containing 5 acres, will be offered for sale, the lessee to surrender (if required) without compensation; the rent to be paid yearly, in advance.
