Nearly all the Village Allotments contain one acre ; the Suburban Allotments range from three to ten acres ; and five of the Eural Allotments contain 50 acres each. The lands disposed of by sale upon deferred payments shall be subject to the provisions relating to suburban and rural land of Part 111. of the Land Act, 1877, and to the provisions of section 9 of the Land Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879.
