IT is hereby notified that 127 Sections of Land in the above-named locality will be offered for sale on deferred and immediate payments. The sections on deferred payments will be open for application on Monday, the 25th October, at the Land Offices Carlyle and Hawera. Sections for which there are more tnan one application will "be submitted to auction, between the applicants only, on Thursday, the 28th October, at Hawera. The price of land on deferred payments will be £5 an acre. Five shillings per acre will have to be deposited on making application. Each applicant will only be allowed to apply for one section on deferred payments. j Applicants for land on deferred payments may send their applications and deposits, with statutory declaration as required by the Land Act, 1877, through post to Land Office, Carlyle, Patea, to arrive on or before the 25th October.
