The sculling match between Laycock and Bk kinan, for £100 a side, takes place on the Thames tc-morrow.. The course will be the usual one between Putney and Mortlake. The betting today is 6 to 4 on Blackman. It has been agreed by the Powers to await the proposal to be made by the Porte, regarding the cession of Dulcigno to Montenegro. < Further advices state that the Albanians j are mustering in strong force at Dulcigno. H.M. transport Hecla has taken torpedos ! And boats to the Island of Corfu. , Tlje Porte proposes a general scheme ' for the settlement of the pending ques- 1 tions in connection with Montenegro and Albania. • No further details have as yet been received from Turkey. The combined sqiradron has arrived at Catharo, and Admiral Seymour has gone to Cettinge to confer with the Montenegrin authorities.
