Reid, and Hume, containing 778 jacres of the finest land in the -district. The estate is situated about nine miles from Wanganuij on the No. 2 Line of road, and the homestead is within half a mile of the railway station of Fordell. The land is laid down with English grasses, except that which is Under cultivation, which consists of 100 acres of wheat, and 20 acres of oats. The Matarawa stream runs through the land.
