The land is laid down with English grasses, except that which is Under cultivation, which consists of 100 acres of wheat, and 20 acres of oats. The Matarawa stream runs through the land. The homestead, which is delightfully situated, consists of an eight-roomed dwelling-house, outbuildings, stable, &c.
