Armed Constabulary Camp, Pukehinau, Friday, 11.30 a.m, . There are large numbers of natives at Parihaka, where they intend to remain. Te Whiti has called upon all the tribes of New Zealand to go to Parihaka. He is not at all tired of sending piisoners. He says they have stolen nothing. He wishes to make a covenant, and says hep will send all his men, women, and chiT% dren to prison, and that he will go him*^ self. He denounces all fighting and all'"' Land Courts, and says that he is only an ■ agent, and that it was foretold of old that ' a great person should arise to settle all
things. There is abundance of food, and the natives amuse themselves with " hakas." None will return home but those who go to t ke back the horses of the arrested natives, or to look after their homes. The arrests are going on as usual.
