Napier, Tuesday night. Bartzutsky, a gunsmith, has been ar- v rested on a charge of selling ammunition' to Maoris without a license. A man named Anderson had bought ammunition in very large quantities for the natives. A constable saw him hand it to the "Maoris, but when the constable tried to seize it, Anderson and the natives galloped off. He was subsequently arrested, as well as one of the Maoris, who had a part of the spoil in his possession.
