NOTICE is hereby given that his Excellency the Governor has set apart for selection, on terms of Deferred Payment, the following Allotments of RURAL LAND in the Provincial District of Taranaki, at the Upset Prices set against eacli allotment. Selectors are relieved from the residential conditions of the Laud Act, 1877. Applications will be received at the Crown Lauds Office, New Plymouth, and at the District Land Office, Caiiyle, on and after Saturday, the 21st day of August, 1880. Plans and Schedules may be obtained at the Crown Lands Office, New Plymouth ; the District Land Office, Carlyle; and at the Post Office, Hawera. The Receiver of Land Revenue requests that intending purchasers will observe that all payments to him must be made in cash, by Post Office Ord r, or by Bank Draft payable to " The Receiv r ot Land: Revenue in New Plymouth."
