TpROSPECTUS. THE NORMANBY TOWN HALL COMPANY (LIMITED.) To be registered under the Joint Stock Company's Act, 1860. CAPITAL £600 In six hundred shares of £1 each. One shilling per shore to be paid on application ; one shilling and sixpence per share on allotment ; and future calls not to exceed two shillings and sixpence per shave per month.
