T>ROSPECTUS. THE NORMANBY TOWN HALL COMPANY (LIMITED.) To be registered under the Joint Stock Company's Act, 1860. CAPITAL £600 In six hundred shares of £1 each. One shilling per share to be paid on application ; one shilling and sixpence per. share on allotment ; and future calls not to exceed two shillings and sixpence per share per month. The object of the company is to erect a building in Normanby of sufficient size in which to hold public meetings, entertainments, &c, and to afford accommodation for a library and reading-room.
