They must be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, Wellington, and marked outside " Tender for Sleepers, Foxtori and New Plymouth Railway." Specification maybe seen at the Public Works Offices, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Foxton, and Wellington.
