Tenders must 1 c addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Public Works, and marked outside " Tender for Gravelling Contract, No. 2." All Tenders must be accompanied by a cheque for the amount named in the specification ; such cheque to be specially marked by a banker as good for twentyone days, and to be in favor of the Re-ceiver-General's deposit account only, and not to bearer or order. Parties tendering will be required to prospect for and find a supply of gravel as near the work as possible ; and each tenderer must state the number of teams he intends to employ on the work ; not less than six teams, however, shall be employed on the contract.
