[Reuter's Special to Stae.] Melboubne, Friday. The Colonial Bank of. Australasia has declared a dividend at the rate cf six per cent, per annum. The Victorian Government is expected to immediately appoint an Agent- General to London, as successor to Mr. Childers, who has joined the Gladstone Administration. Sydney, Friday. The associated miners at Newcastle have unanimously declined to accept the terms offered by the masters, and have now struck. It is not likely the nonassociation miners will follow the example of the associated men. Messrs. Goodlet and Joseph have been elected Directors of the Mutual Provident Society.
