Successful Show
HUTT CAGE BIRD SOCIETY
The tenth annual show of the Hutt Valley Cage Bird Society, which was held in the Horticultural Hall, Lower Hutt, attracted over 700 entries from all parts of New Zealand. The show proved an outstanding success, thanks to the excellent work of Mr. A. Day (show manager), Mr. J. Farrow (secretary), the committee and the stewards. Some beautiful and outstanding birds were benched, making the work of the judges a difficult job. The awards were as follows:--
