I ' SUCCESS AT OXFORD has been received that Mr. : Artliur E. Q. Pope, son of Captain E. E. Pope, M.M., and Mrs. Pope, J' of Kauri Street, Lower Hutt. has I passed his Bachelor of Arts degree . and obtained a Diploma in Economics at Oxford University. He was a pupil of Eastern Hutt School and.the Hutt Valley High School and served three years in fe||Jj6 R.N.Z.A.F. during the last war lOj of ore leaving New Zealand to study Church, Oxford University. Bjfe is now in Germany with ten " "'HBP' students as guests of- the
Rnadian Universities, and hopes len the course ends to return to New Zealand, leaving England about the end of August.
