FRIDAY NIGHT PROGRAMMES
The Lower Hutt Municipal Silver Band has been granted permission by the City Council to play at the corner of High Street and Margaret Street on Friday nights. Tlie permission is subject to revocation at any time by the Council and change of location in the event of any traffic problems arising.
