Mrs. John MacKenzie’s books, “The Sparkling Waters of Lake Wakatipu” and “Lake Wakatipu,”

are being widely road throughout , New Zealand. These two books deal with the historical romance and facts of the lake and environs, from the early days up to the , present.

Mrs. MacKcnzie is a daughter of the late Rev. David Campbell, who was minister at the Petone Methodisf Church in 1901-02. The authoress is now writing a novel. She is well known for her broadcast talks in the North and South Island and also for her articles in many newspapers and magazines.
