ENGLAND SCOTTISH HOLIDAY TOVR Beatrice Taylor, the popular /oung Lower Hutt . singer and inftijumentalislj, who is studying at ttie Royal College of Music, Lon lon, reports a year of concentrates study, with end-of-term examinations this month. ' Miss Taylor makes her home a: the lovely old village of Roydon. Recently a London concert, party jave a concert at Roydon, with tin talented New Zealander assisting. The Gazette said: "With the spotlights on her Alice blue gown and the red roses in her hair Beatrice Taylor won all hearts singing love songs. She was the star of the show with her winsome manner and her clear, pretty voice." After the examinations are over Miss Taylor will go to Scotland foi a month, staying at a hotel in the country and then on to Stirling (foi a look at the Cathedral) and Edinburgh. Later she will go tc Sheffield and the Isle of Wight.
