POWER BOARD SYSTEM
INCREASE IN INSTALLATIONS
During April 111 new installations were connected to the Hutt Valley Electric Power Board's system. The records show the following totals at April 30 ( figures in parentheses are for corresponding period in 19 10): Number of installations, 20,5112 (19.395). K.0295* increase; number of ranges connected, 8901 CTS92), 14.05% increase; number of waterbeaters connected, 9834 (8746), 12.45% increase; connected load in kilowatts, 1 52,624 (136,186), 12.09% increase; combined system K.V.A. peak for month occurred on Sunday, April 2ft, at 12 noon, 22,731 (19,766), 15% increase; units for period (four weeks), C. 005,424 (6,839.248), 1 2.19% decrease.
