HUTT HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY

WOMEN’S INSTITUTE’S INTEREST

The Hutt Valley Horticultural Society’s Rose Show will fee held in the Horticultural Hall on Wednesday, November 13t'n, and will be officially opened by Mr. A. R. Cutler. V.C., High Commissioner for Australia in New Zealand. This show promises to be of particular interest as the queen of flowers makes a strong appeal to all British people. A large number of exhibitors is expected. Further interest will be awakened by the fact that this show will be held in conjunction with the Hutt Valley Federation of New Zealand Women’s Institutes and an important part will be played by members of the Hutt Valley and Eastern Bays Rose Society. Entries close with the secretary on Tuesday, November 12th, at 5 p.m.
